Modify CNAME

I want install Google Apps in my domain. For this reason I need change some CNAME but I can't do this...
I create a new mail.domain.es but when I want mange DNS setting I haven't any property to modify and I can't add any CNAME.

What happen??

Are you using the DirectAdmin control panel? If not, then you need to ask somewhere else.

If you are, then do you have an option to manage DNS settings? If so, it includes a way to add CNAME records. If you don't have the option, then contact your hosting provider.
