modifying themes

Are we allowed to modify the enhanced theme. I want to remove a few items. I say this is i have seen some skins on other sites which say you cannot modify theme. It is basically taking one link and adding another.

You can modify any skin provided by DirectAdmin without legal implications as far as I know. At least DA staff hasn't had any objections to other people making modifications as long as they aren't making money of it. (Basic, common sense guidline stuff)

thanks for the reply, do you know what file to edit in the enhanced them to edit to remove the ticket system link and replace it with my own button. in the user panel, like there is a message link, i want to change where it is going. Can you tell me which files to edit.
