We have a growing number of DA servers, so the suspension emails aren't particularly helpful in locating the user / domains that are affected.

It would be helpful if we could optionally include something like their email address or a domain in the suspension email

While it might be expected that more technical staff could decipher the email headers and see which hostname it came from, it would be unreasonable to expect our accounts department to know how to do that

Doesn't the From address in the email indicate the server?

Jeff

No. You have to look at the headers.

All the froms will be from sales@ our main domain, so it's not particularly helpful

Bear in mind that the people who deal with accounts are not going to be that technical

Hello,

I've added the EMAIL and HOSTNAME tokens to the /usr/local/directadmin/data/templates/user_suspension.txt for the next release.

eg:
Code:
This is an automated message notifying you that User |USERNAME| has been suspended for bandwidth overusage.

The account will be automatically unsuspended at the beginning of the month when the bandwidth is reset.

Account E-Mail: |EMAIL|

================================
Automated Message Generated by DirectAdmin on |HOSTNAME|
