Move DA license to another server

Hello,

I have DA license and I must move it to new server. What I must do?
Can I install DA on new server without licence server IP change? Or when DA support change my server IP in licence file, then backups on old server will stop working?

I must install DA on new server, configure it and move acctually backup from old server to new. How can I do it step by step?

I have one more question:

I have CentOS 4.4 64Bit. Can I install on it DA 64bit or I must install DA 32Bit for CentOS 4.4??
