Hi,
I have a little problem.
I want to move a domain to a new user.
It isn't to hard to find a manual online how to do this but I have a little twist to it.
I just became a reseller.
My current hosting company always created new domains for me under a single user (which is me)
Now this is logical but because I became a reseller I want alle the domains to have own users.
I found that if I wanted I need to backup my current user (3,9GB)
Change the domainname.(www.example.com to www.example2.com)
Create the new user and the domainname (www.example.com)
Restore the backup to the new user.
Delete the old user.
This won't work because every time I want to restore the backup to the new user it fails (no reason)
My current hosting company isn't the fastest in replying to my emails.
Hope somebody here knows how to fix this.
M.
