Well you need a free IP address first off. Once the admin assigns you the IP address, go to the Reseller Level and click List Users. Click the user you want to assign the IP address to and it will pull up their information. Click the middle button that says Modify User. Then the second section down on the next page is where you assign the IP address to the user, again it must be an IP not used by any other user.
