move user from server A to B

Hi,

What is the best way to move an user from server A (directadmin) to server B (directadmin)
Only the IP change on server B

I was thinking to backup the data on server A and restore on the server IP on server B but when the restore is ready the domain is not backupped...

That is the way I would do it. You mean that when you restore the user on Server B the domain is not restored?
Did you do this backup through the Reseller Level" If not, try it.

Are there any errors when restoring?

Hi,

As Admin I make in the resellers menu an backup (ftp) of my domains at server A

I login at server B als admin and restore (ftp) the backup from server A and I select use server IP (not the option use server IP from backup)

When I look after restorring in the account list I see the accountnames in the list, but there is no domain at the user.
When I login (from admin) to the user account I get the domaind administration selection, so no domain is activated fot this user.

No Idea to fix this
