Moving files from cPanel

Hello,

Sorry if this is the wrong place to post this.

I have just started paying for VPS hosting and I got them to install directadmin on it because I like it but my old host uses cPanel and I want to move everything from the old host to my new VPS and I was wondering if directadmin has any kind of way to import files from a cPanel server? or restore a cPanel backup?
