moving server Providers FreeBSD to redhat

I am prepping over the server for a FreeBSD based directadmin to a Redhat based directadmin

If I do a standard backup on the control panel.. should it be easy to restore on the redhat system?

luckly its only 10 accounts.

I am just making sure I am not getting myself into a can of worms

It should be fairly easy assuming everything is running the same version. For example mysql.
