moving sites from CPanel to new server with DA. Help?

I'm switching hosts and my current reseller package has CPanel... the new one uses Direct Admin. Is there any easy way to move 20 sites? It would be nice to be able to move all the sql databases and scripts and all that good stuff withouth having to resetup blogs and everything. I know CPanel has an option to do a full site backup but i don't know if that's a proprietary deal or if DA has a feature in it to let me use it?

I do not have SSH access to my WHM directory so i can't do it that way...

Any suggestions are appreciated...

There is a cpanel to DA conversion tool in the 3rd party forums. I'm not sure how extensive it is (whether it does mysql databases or not) but its worth a look as it can do most of the work for you.
