Note: it only works if the skin_manager of the reseller (example: admin) is set to "enhanced" , the "power_user" skin does not have the "Add Additional IP" feature in the skin by default.

For beta features, we tend to only put them into the enhanced skin, in case there are going to be major cosmetic changes to the feature. It saves us having to redo 3 skins.
In any case, I'd consider the multi-IP system out of beta, so I'll add a versions entry to add the support for it into the power_user skin and default skin.
