Hi,

I'm having a problem with my websites on vpsland.com. My main site is working correctly, but there's something wrong when I add a new user. Adding a new user is ok, but the domain name of that user will never resolve even though DNS are set properly. And because of that, I have to use the IP address when accessing the site and uploading files through FTP. Webmail is also wonky. I can properly send emails, but people replying to my mail will get "Mailer-Daemon". I tried asking support but their replies are slow, and I think they don't know what they're doing. So, I decided to create a thread here.

I went to WebHostingTalk but none of the repliers are experienced enough with Direct Admin. So here's my question, is it possible to host multiple sites with just one IP? Direct Admin doesn't have tutorials, so perhaps I missed something. It would be nice if anyone would post a good tutorial. I got a reply from WebHostingTalk stating that

"Basically, from the Admin login, you need to create at least 1 Reseller package (with disk space, bandwidth allowance, etc), and then add one of your domains as your main reseller account. That will also allow you to asign 1 or more IP addresses to the reseller to use for hosting."

Yes I've created a Reseller Package, but I don't know how to assign a domain name. Is it possible to upgrade a user into a reseller? That way it'd be easier for me.

I checked on the check box of the IP and hit "Share Selected". Now what should I do? Sorry, I'm completely new to this stuff.

Since you have not given us a domain or ip address there is nothing more we can do.

Sorry.

Main domain: www.rorrpg.com
My domain that has not resolved yet: www.kostornrpg.com
IP: 75.127.106.206

Edit:
Never mind, we bought a new IP to assign for the Shared Users. :D Thank you anyway to floyd for his direct replies.
