I would really like a function for multiple welcome e-mails in DA. I always send different e-mails per package, which I now have to save in separate txt files on my computer. That also makes it difficult to work with a colleague to be able to create accounts with the same welcome e-mails.

If I were relying on DA's welcome emails I'd like that as well. Or even a more sophisticated system that would let us use html emails if we wanted to, and control every aspect of the email, including all headers.
That all said, what we do in real-life is use the welcome email facility built into ModernBill

The welcome email can be edited using the DA control panel, but it's in a place you might not expect it to be.
Every time you create a reseller you can edit the outgoing email that goes to all resellers. There's an Edit button right there, and that's exactly what it allows.
Similarly, if you're a reseller, every time you create a user you can edit the outgoing email that goes to all YOUR users. Exactly the same way.
