My Apache version is 1.3.3, is there any security issue?
Must I update the Apache from 1.3.3 to 2.x ?

apache 1.3.3 may be a problem. That is extremely old, released in 1999 I think. You should upgrade to 1.3.37

Both Apache branches (the 1.x branch and the 2.x branch) are kept up-to-date as far as security is concerned. You should consider why you might want to change from 1.x to 2.x for other reasons, but security isn't one of them.
