My da not ansering on port 2222

Hi all

Well all exept port 2222 is running normal, and that was working fine until last night.

I think that i have tried all that i could find on the internet regarding this, but nothing is working.

If any one could guide me i would be more than happy.

Firewall is not the problem.
Da is running, has restarted several times
There is no extraordinary in the log

I assume then that you have done a "netstat -a |grep 2222" to verify that something was indeed listening on that port. If something is, then attempt to telnet to that port from your server if that fails to connect then your local firewall is a problem. If telnet to 2222 works from the server and not from a remote computer then a firewall is the problem (there may be more than one firewall in this scenario involved). Your telnet won't be able to do much but as long as it doesn't say connection refused/timed out/etc then it should be working.
