After we managed to change the ip on the direct admin, the email was not working (couldn't send or receive email). How to fix it?

The hostname server.imsolutions.co.id resolves to IP 101.255.121.83. I can ping 101.255.121.83, but I cannot telnet to port 25 on it. I would suggest that your hosting provider / ISP has blocked SMTP. You may need to request that they unblock it.
