my firewall keep sending me these messages what should i do ?

Your firewall is more than just a firewall. It's also monitoring server resource usage. You need to figure out a way to exclude certain process use, normal from your server, so you won't be notified.

You need to tweak your csf configs alot to get rid of these useless messages. Mainly adding processes or users you know are safe to /etc/csf/csf.pignore
