My Form Don´t Work

Hi...please help me...
Really I don´t know what´s the first I must to do to created and configured an email chanel between a form and my web site...I´ve created a form but i think there´s something bad writing in it.
I´ve my site-box to received emails and work with hotmail, yahoo etc when i sent a email but don´t work with mine...
I don´t know any about php,cgi, asp...any...
All what i need is what to do from the begin...
