Do i agree with this special offer and order to change my current server?

The i7 chip is a newer chip, but I'm not taking the time to check the hardwre specs against each other.

It's not about how many domain you have; it's more about current resource use.

The most important question is probably can you handle the server downtime? How will the server downtime look to your clients? Do you need the lower price to make a living? To keep your customers.

These are not rhetorical questions.

You'll have downtime, you may have problems with the move (it may not go smoothly).

Make your decision based on what's important to you.
