After my server authorization expires, I can't log in to the background, prompting

I tried this method
https://docs.directadmin.com/directadmin/general-usage/licensing.html#license -expired
and
yum update
./build update
./build update_d
./build update_versions

But forbearance could not be renewed

update license key in your billing cabinet, then use script get_license.sh with new license key

I just discribed - in your billing cabinet (directadmin.com) update license key,
then from ssh use script /usr/local/directadmin/scripts/get_license.sh with new license key

I can't access the management background now。
/usr/local/directadmin/scripts/getLicense.sh license key
Still unable to enter after execution

You should login at directadmin.com , not on your controlpanel. There on your billing account in directadmin.com, try the renew and then execute the script. If its still not work, something with the license is wrong. Then open a support ticket at directadmin.com inside your billing-account there.

You checked - key not expired in directadmin.com cabinet?
OS not EOL on server?
/usr/local/directadmin/scripts/get_license.sh with new license key - successfully downloads new key?

I didn't see result of downloading - usually is shows download progress.
also what OS on server?

if it installed behind NAT - it's question for @smtalk or other DA admin, I don't know what additional ports must be proxied to make it work.

I tried to use the install command
bash <(curl -fsSL https://download.directadmin.com/setup.sh) 'Provided license key should go here'
You can log in to the background, but it is found that the user using admin can't log in, and a password error is prompted
Will the admin account be deleted by default after running this command?
I can't find the admin user in /etc/passwd
Please help me how to repair the admin user account

I can log in normally with other users, that is, the admin user cannot log in
I try
cat /usr/local/directadmin/scripts/setup.txt
Still unable to log in
