hello

my server is always down it's up like 1 to 2 hours a day the rest of the time is down and that is stopping my websites from getting traffic so could you please help me and tell me what to do please and how to know the issue and fix it

If you are looking for a free assistance then we need more details on the issue including (but not limited to) what services are not reachable and how do you get it back online.
 
sorry but i can't pay now for a paid service but i need a free service so could you please tell me what do you need exactly ?

and about how do i get it back online only by restarting it using the control panel the hetzner.de gave me there is no other way
 
Are you sure that your server/service is not reachable for all the world or only for you? Are you sure that's not a firewall issue? What service is not available (not accessible)? Is the only one service not reachable? What about pings? Does cron run when the server/service is not accessible? Do you see any errors in logs?
 
sorry but i can't answer all of the questions as i'm not good at all with the linux servers just simple stuff but yes it's not accessible at all for all the world not just me and about the log files i couldn't open it and read it at all as i'm not that good so if you can tell me what to do so i can get these details please that would be awesome and by the way just before the server goes down the load average become very high like 100+ or 200+

If the server load gets that high and your knowledges are not as good then you really need someone to investigate and fix it. There might be either spam-bot/bruteforce or malicious activity (spam-sending scripts, etc) on your server. And it will become a long story and chat to guide you through all of the commands to run on the server.

Of course you may read the forums and help articles and even follow some of them (including this http://help.directadmin.com/item.php?id=247), but still it's a high risk to bring your server down if you follow guides without understating of what you are doing.

So get someone to fix it for you for free or as a paid service.
