My server: licence has expired and can't access DA control panel

The first:
I logged in to DA control panel then i received : license has expired
Follow manual update license and restart DA service: https://help.directadmin.com/item.php?id=30 , then i can't access the DA control panel, i can't active DA service too.

Help me pls !
