my site dosen't work sending emails

hello
i have a big problem , if anyone know about it please help me
my site is on a direct admin control panel and i have a word press site . my problem is this that if some one want to submit a comment on my site i don't receive any emails about the comments that submitted on my site (my word press site setting about email that should receive email about comment notifications is completely set) and if some one want to register on my forum should select on the link that receive after registering on my forum but this email don't go to users that register on my forum .

Prolly you need to ask to your Hosting company where you bought the domain.

But, by the way, to me seems that you didnt correctly configured the email setup into wp, check smtp host, port, username (must be complete email address) and password.
