My webmail is not working: Can send but cannot get / receive mail messages

Hello!.
I have issues with my e-mail.
I've just created some mail accounts under the domain @timegoldsservices.com (example: [email protected]) and i can send mails messages, but cannot receive or get messages.
Does anybody please kindly help me please?.

Like it says. Fix your nameservers. It seems that is already fixed, or the nameservers were not synced before. That part is good now.

You still have create a PTR/rDNS record for your MX.

Your mx record points to 185.99.135.177.

Now at your datacenteror VPS provider, you must set or request an rDNS record, also called PTR record to your MX.
So like 185.99.135.177 -> mail.timegoldsservices.com

Then all should be fine, because lots of systems will put a hard spam flag on systems who do not have a PTR record present.
