My webmails are not accessable

I am unable to access my webmails. checked my error messages ad I discovered that it was from one of the emails created. I have purged as well as deleted the email yet the error persist.

But we can’t help, you have to contact your webhosting company.

maybe email suspended due spam, usually change pass helps. but only server admin has access to logs and can check reason literally in 1min.

the thing is that it affected all email services even on other domains

According to the screenshot, you hit a limit of 1000 sended emails (per day). You must ask your provider to reset this limit or ask for a general higher limit.

why then did it affect other webmails with different domains on the hosting

or maybe its get resetted automatically after 24 hours after the last send. then just wait.

while waiting response from your provider, I think you should disable all software/website that's using sending email service for prevent any limits in next days.
