MyFiles is empty but there are files in ssh

I'm using DirectAdmin for my users.
but an user show this page:




but when I navigate to this directory I can see files and directories:

# ls
domains imap lscache Maildir tmp

I found out I must create a `symbol link` to the `pulblic_html` directory to a path.
I do this method in two ways. but it doesn't not affected.
