MySQL 4 vs. MySQL 5

I want to upgrade my MySQL version to 5.x.
I my server runs a lot of Vbulletin & Invision Power Board Forums.
It's better to upgrade MySQL to 5.x?
What are the pros and cons of upgrading to MySQL 5.x?

Yes, it's better. The main advantage is that MySQL 4 is EOL.
