MySQL account

Sorry this is my first day with this kind of server, I used another host company. Well how can I get my mysql account? because I get in myip/phpmyadmin but I can't join with my admin login and password, where can I configure the accounts? or the principal main account?

Fixed I need to execute in SSH this

cat /usr/local/directadmin/conf/mysql.conf
