MYSQL Backup download

Hi, every time I try to make a backup of my BD from DA, I got this message:

Unable to download backup

Details

Error while creating the backup

Any idea? thx

What command are you using? show the command prompt stdin and stdout ...

I use the DA interface.

MySQL database and after I click on backup.

Ensure you have made a backup of your site:

http://www.site-helper.com/backup.html

Make sure you include the database option.
