mySQL connection

I'm unable to make a MySQL connection to the database I created on the server - what am I doing wrong? See attachment

You need to add the location you are trying to connect from to the list of Access hosts.

On the MySQL Management page, click on the database(s) you are trying to connect to. At the bottom add yourself to the Access Host list. (Usually an IP address)
