MySQL Control Panel Doesn't Load on 1 Domain

I have one domain that won't load the mysql portion of the DA control panel.

When the user is logged into DA and clicks on MySQL Databases, the site will hang for about a minute, than a timeout error is returned.

Your connection has timed out

Either your request was invalid or the program hasn't completed your request.
Please notify the server admin

My other domain doesn't have a problem when I'm logged in as a user.

Could the database size have anything to do with it? The database on this site is about a gig, (DA is reporting the wrong size too).
