MySQL Dump Issue

Tried to dump one database from a sql backup file. Its showing dumping is completed and not found any error. But the tables are not restored in /mysql folder.
so what will be the issue.??/

On detailed inspection found that the backup taken with version mariadb 10.4 and the restoration tried server is 10.3.

So is there any way to restore this without upgrading server to 10.4

Describe the steps you have made.
Upgrading form 10.3 to 10.4 should not be a big issue , made several migrations from 10.x to 10.4 but check your used software in case of required MariaDB version
