MySQL w/ Expired License?

Brief question, I have an old DA server (was shut down about 8 months ago) however it has come to light that we require one of the old SQL databases off the server. As the license has expired and the server is no longer on a public network will the expired DA license on the server prevent me from starting MySQL as root via SSH? I simply need MySQL to run a mysqldump > database.sql so I can restore the database elsewhere on a current server.

MySql is just a daemon, it does not depend on Directadmin to run. So you should be able to start it via SSH and make a mysqldump.
