Mysterious disappearance of a server prowebspace

Hello I was a reseller with a company called Hostelite.com which used the server prowebspace.com.(serversite1.com) this server has mysteriously disappeared and all my websites with it, I wondered if the Hurricane in USA was the reason!....
Luckily I had been moving all my websites off because the server had been very unreliable in the past. This was the final straw. I have cancelled the payment agreement through WorldPay.
I would just like others to be warned by this, and if anyone has an explanation to enlighten me on this mystery I would love to hear it.

Surely the only way to find out what happened to your account is to ask whoever administers the server it was on. If they won't respond find out the IP of your long lost server, whois it to find the netblock owner and ask them instead. If/when you do find out the IP of the server a whois will also tell you it's approximate location allowing you to investigate weather extream weather conditions hit that area.

All 3 web sites are coming up. I do not think they have "disappeared."
