Nameserver not recognised by the Registrar

I've got a reseller account the the Admin has given me a dedicated IP.

The IP will be used for ns1.propertyinvestor.info and it appears to be all setup.

However when I go to the domain registrar I get this error

ERROR ! Update not achieved :Unable to complete saving your name server information. Please try again, or contact technical support for assistance. tcode: [2003] lang: [en-US] msg: [Required parameter missing] tvalue: [org.openrtk.idl.epprtk.epp_ResultValue: { m_namespace [urn:afiliasarams:xml:nsxrs-1.0] m_xml_string [2003:Required parameter missing (err.address_required_for_child_host:ns1.propertyinvestor.info)] m_element_name [oxrs:xcp] m_element_value [2003:Required parameter missing (err.address_required_for_child_host:ns1.propertyinvestor.info)] }]

I want to get this site moved across to it's new hosting as my setting up bits and pieces appears to be playing havoc with the email for the account.

Have you registered the damin as a nameserver with your registrar? I can not tell from your message if you are trying to change the DNS servers for the domain to yours or if your are trying to register the domian as a nameserver.

You have to register the domain as a nameserver with your registrar then you can point domains to it.
