I think I was finally able to have my DNS servers setup up. This is an email I got from support:
I have accessed your server and verified the nameservers and changes accordingly. I also went to you direct admin and added the following information to your DNS
ns1.prokz.com
72.232.163.2
nameserver 1 72.232.192.2
nameserver 2 72.232.192.3
ns2.prokz.com
72.232.163.3
nameserver 1 72.232.192.2
nameserver 2 72.232.192.3
Please let us know if this works out for you. Thank you.
--------But then I got this one------------
I see that you are using DirectAdmin as your control panel for managing the system. What you will need to do is setup the system so that it acts as a DNS server. To find out how you can do this you can visit http://www.directadmin.com . The name servers of which are mentioned in this ticket are only for rDNS entries only and pointing your domain to these name servers will not work. You will need to have the administrator of the system setup DNS servers on the system and point the domains to those registered DNS servers. If assistance is needed in doing this http://www.directadmin.com can provide information...
What is this saying that I should do? could someone walk me through this? Thanks in advance.
