Need help --- Mail not sending at all

In my process of migrating my servers, my setup on the new server is no longer sending emails at all. Emails were sending perfectly from the new server but I have done something that broke it.

Could someone please help me debug this and get it working again?

I'm not sure where to start.
 
Do you get any errors when you try to send your mails? It would be nice to see "tail -n 40 /var/log/exim/mainlog" output.
