need help urgent plez - prob with "own ip"

i made Reseller and now i added package and trying to make a user
but im getting this error:


Unable to create a User
Details
You must first own an IP

now im trying to change ip to Shared ip of server to solve the problem and then im getting this error:



Here are the results:

You didn't chose a different ip, no changes have been made


what should i do ?
 
Whats the status of you ip under CMD_IP_MANAGER :
server/shared ? And who owns the ip today (RESELLER)

If you have an SHARED IP, you should have possibility to create an Reseller Packages to that ip, with option "Personal DNS's None".

If you don't can change, try do delete an re create again.

or buy a new ip
 
Hello,

While logged in as the Reseller, go to:
Reseller Level -> IP Assignemt
and check to see how many IPs you have there.
You either need a "free" IP (which will get used up, and you can't give it to anyone else, unless you set it to shared first)..
Or you'd need a shared IP (set from a free IP, or the server IP).

If you don't have any IPs, go to:
Admin Level -> IP Manager
Select an IP to give the Reseller, at the bottom select the Reseller, then click "Assign To". (rember that if it's a free IP, set it to shared first before putting a user on it if you need multiple users on that 1 IP)

The reason for this would likely be that the Reseller package is set to 0 IPs and the "share server IP" option is unchecked. You need either 1 IP or the server IP in order to anything.
