Need information on License Status

Hi.
I run a hostel and our website is hosted with you. The person who setup the account is no longer with us and when she left, she took with her all the information regarding the DirectAdmin account. Right now we don't know how behind are our payments, how to acquire a new license, if we need one. The thing is that our website is horribly slow and we cannot work with it. Can you tell me what I should do?
 
if she register with business email, So just use that email to recovery account.


just drop that license and registered new account, then get new license. ( besure you register with your own email business. not from personal email to prevent this problem in future.

If you don't know how do you paid license in currently. If subscription payment enable, trying to contact DA to cancel it. ( You need to prepare your identify information that it your license that buying from business cash card ). but if she paid with her own card. It fine to leave without worry.

The thing is that we don't even know the email she used to register the account. We have asked several times for that and other information, but she has ghosted us completely. And we don't wanna lose what we have done with our website so far. If we could open a new account but still use the same site would be perfect

Contact directadmin directly via [email protected] or the contact form on the site and try to resolve the issue that way.
Maybe you have proof of invoice and something can be done, but only Directadmin staff can help you with that, which is why emailing them seems the best solution to me.

However, ONLY if you owned a DA license before, if you are a hosting customer, you have to contact your host.
