need OS change on a licence but billing email bouncing

Hi

I need to change the OS type on my directadmin licence but your [email protected] email address is bouncing my emails with “Server error: '421 Unexpected failure, please try later'“

Can you change licence id 36979 to centos 6.0 64bit please? The ip address etc remains the same.

If you are sending them a email from mail server at your own server, try to send using a Gmail account instead, or use safe submit: https://www.directadmin.com/clients/safesubmit.php

how long it takes to get the reply after you sent the email .... i need to change the ip address to test my new vps server.

lol in that case it was seconds, however usually a couple of hours. i think they are US based though? so remember the timezone will make a difference
