Need response from billing

I am updating this forum in hopes that Direct Admin billing department will respond to my request to update my funding source. I have sent multiple emails to [email protected] with no response so far. I need to activate a new license ASAP.
 
I can see John from Direct Admin responding in the forums regularly.

We purchased a license and are waiting 36 hours for it to be approved and have it sent to us Sales Order Number: 125814

If anyone has any connections with the DA team, please help us get assistance. I have sent emails, used the contact form, and left voicemails on 587-785-0874 for days. No response whatsoever from this company other than getting our forum login approved to make this post.

There are two separate issues for two separate companies. One is a support issue and the other is a sales issue. Neither issue from either company is generating any response from Direct Admin at all, despite leaving multiple messages via every possible method of contact.
