need to migrate directadmin server to another server - how to create another license?

according to the above link, in order to migrate da server to another server, I have to "create a license" in my client area. The problem is, how (without paying an extra $)?

If I click on "buy license" i will have to choose the product type, which i will have to pay quarterly / yearly / lifetime. I already have a lifetime license and it's currently installed on an old server. I have a new server and would like to migrate my old da server to this new server.

Any help is appreciated
 
Send an email to [email protected]. They will create a new license. Once the server is migrated, the old license will be deleted and you continue on using the new license.

what I did was, I created a new license and set the payment method to check (instead of online payment) once I have done that I have submitted a request and ask them to temporary activate my license :)
 
Actually, there is a quicker way.

Just update your license so that the portioned license has a maximum lifetime of 30 days.
Now change your license IP and OS on DA website and install DA to a new server. The DA on old server will continue running for 30 days without a problem.
