Neotech Webmail

Hi all,

I went on holiday for 2 weeks, so only used the Neotech Webmail hoping to download everything back into my Outlook when I returned.

I created an Archive folder in the Neotech Webmail, but now I find that only emails in the Inbox were downloaded, and nothing from the Archive folder, and I cannot move the emails in the Archive folder gback into the Inbox or any other folder other than Sent Items and Trash.

Does anyone know how I can move emails from the Archive folder back into the Inbox so I can download them via Outlook?

Appreciate any help.
