I have uninstalled it, but for directadmin, it is still active, how to do?

If it still exists, use this via SSH:
/opt/netdata/usr/libexec/netdata/netdata-uninstaller.sh

try remove netdata from "/usr/local/directadmin/data/admin/services.status", if exists
