New account dns defaults?

Where is the system getting my dns entrys from. The ones it sent out in the new account email:

You must use these dns servers for your domain. They can be changed through your domain registrar.


They are pointing to the ones I originally setup the system with but I recently changed them. What do I need to do to make the system change. I already edited them in the system settings and I verifed this in directadmin.conf.

They should be reseller specific for each reseller whose account is sending out the new account email.
