New Account Emails

My admin emails will not get sent out and I can't create new users as a result. I have a custombuild machine and the only changes I have made recently is to install mailscanner. Everyones email is working with the exception of the admin. Can someone please help? Thanks.

You've modified your exim.conf file. I'd suggest reverting back to the one you used before (mailscanner will no doubt no longer work) to see if that resolves the problem.
