Pro-pack + bubble wrap replaces the main features of cloudlinux (resources+cagefs). Personally I've removed cloudlinux when using ubuntu20+directadmin. Honestly, these have been the the main features of cloudlinux. You do loose mysql governor, which honestly isn't huge, as well as hardened php (available with imunify) - but to be frank you are better off not supporting end of life php versions if possible. The other features of cloudlinux are less used, or confusing to the end user like python/node/ruby selectors and propack will have replacements.
