New |DOMAIN| setup, link not working...

Hi,
I have a small problem when setting up a new domain, it shows |DOMAIN| instead of the name of the domain itself (see here as an example: http://114.141.197.242/~dfgdfg). I just setup this test domain but the link for the domain isn't working.

How can I fix this so that when I setup a new domain, it actually says this:
Welcome to the home of |DOMAIN|
And not this:
Welcome to the home of dfgdfgdfgdfg.cvb
(by the way, I've only used this dfgdfgdfgdfg.cvb as an example, because it does this even when i setup a proper domain).

I hope this makes sense

Change index.htm to index.html in /domains/default
Your index file can not be read by DA due to wrong file extention. I think so, so just try it.
