just go to domain administration to add domain, then for email, after adding domain go to Email Accounts

Have you registered your domain with a domain registrar? If you want other folk on the 'net to see your domain you have to register it with a domain registrar. Once you've registered your domain you can register nameservers for that domain. You need two nameservers, and you'll need two IP#s pointing to your system for DNS, or you'll need to have slave DNS service hosted elsewhere for you if you only have one domain.
