New Install - Change Hostname.domain.com + name servers ?

Hi everyone,
I've not ran into this before - I just did a new install and everything is working great. But now I have decided to change company name so I need to change hostname.domain.com plus name servers...

In directadmin CP under admin settings, if I change these in there will it update everything right?

If it doesnt work I know there is a hostname script in /usr/local/directadmin/scripts

I doubt it would change nameservers; nameservers can be totally independent of your server domain name.
